Komatsu is seeking a National Field Service Technician to assemble and service heavy mining equipment across the Western United States. The role involves field work, welding, and on-site troubleshooting at customer locations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience in heavy industrial settings and welding skills. The role requires extensive travel, often 6 weeks at a time, with long days; AWS D1.1 and MSHA training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Heavy industrial field experience in mining/construction/oil & gas environments.
• Welding certification and field welding experience.
• Ability to perform mechanical field maintenance and welding in harsh environments.
