Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing organization. We are seeking a Mobile Diesel Service Technician to perform heavy‑duty truck repair and maintenance at customer sites, building relationships to achieve labor sales quotas in a designated territory.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, coordinating with service managers, promoting preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety.

Formación

• Minimum three years’ heavy duty truck repair experience.
• A/C, Brake and DOT Annual Inspector certifications required.
• Class A or B CDL and/or DOT medical card may be required depending upon the size of the mobile service vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Perform heavy-duty mechanical truck repairs and maintenance offsite at customer locations.
• Coordinate repair orders with Service Manager for task assignment and scheduling.
• Advise customers on needed service and suggest additional labor, parts and body shop work.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain tools and parts inventory, and document repairs in the system.
• Oversee operations of assigned customers in territory and drive labor sales toward quotas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
