Job summary

CAPS & Maple City is seeking a Front Office Team Member to support patient resources and to drive the mobile health unit to community events. You will greet patients, verify eligibility, schedule visits, and assist with enrollment events while ensuring HIPAA privacy and accurate data entry.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, proficiency with Word and Excel, and ability to operate the 30 ft MHU. A high school diploma and healthcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Six months customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Experience in cross-cultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Identify questions, resolve issues, route requests to appropriate staff.
• Maintain electronic health record data and HIPAA privacy.
• Schedule visits, verify insurance, and collect demographics.
