Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Fremont, CA seeks a Program Manager for Mobile Services to lead staff coordination and event management across the BACH service area. You will partner with schools, agencies, and care sites to deliver high-quality mobile health services with customer-focused support.

You will collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to cultivate relationships with districts and community partners, oversee scheduling, documentation, and outreach, and ensure HIPAA-compliant processes

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Health or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2-4 years in FQHC, non-profit or community health care settings preferred.
• Licensure: California RN or LVN preferred.
• Knowledge: HIPAA compliance and strong communication skills.
• Bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and coordinate mobile services in the BACH service area to meet productivity and outreach goals.
• Collaborate with care sites and partner agencies for event coordination and service delivery.
• Assist Director of Clinical Operations in building relationships with school districts and community organizations.
• Coordinate event promotions, schedules, and outreach materials; ensure accurate on-site patient flow and records.
• Ensure compliance with funders, county, state and federal regulations; maintain documentation in EHR.
