The role requires a bachelor's degree or 3+ years in healthcare operations, strong communication, and frequent travel to community sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; if not, four years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years healthcare operations/program coordination experience.
• Experience with scheduling, logistics, or multi-site service delivery.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain mobile unit schedules across locations.
• Identify and prepare community service sites for deployment.
• Support patient pre-registration and scheduling prior to service days.
• Collaborate with Marketing and clinical teams to align outreach and logistics.
• Track operational metrics and help implement process improvements.
