Mobile Medical in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support our mobile healthcare team. You will coordinate provider schedules, maintain appointment accuracy, and help ensure timely patient visits.

Qualifications

• Some college completed.
• Minimum one year scheduling/medical office experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain provider appointments based on patient care plans, clinician availability, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate daily patient visits and optimize provider schedules.
• Enter referrals, patient demographics, employee information, and visit schedules into the EMR.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Communicate scheduling updates with providers and clinical staff.
• Provide scheduling support for staff absences, vacations, and leaves of absence.
• Monitor schedule changes and adjust appointments as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
