Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school with board certification or board eligibility.
• Experience with low-income children and families and in migrant health preferred.
• Active Oregon license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as part of primary care medical home.
• Work on Mobile Health Center and at OHRA Center.
• Serve patients with barriers to care.
