Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited medical program and must have experience in a family practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for all ages in a primary care ambulatory clinic.
• Perform minor outpatient procedures in accordance with scope of practice.
• Offer counseling and education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and follow-up.
• Coordinate referrals and consult with clinic physicians and specialists as needed.
• Complete accurate documentation in patient records within 24–48 hours after visits.
