Laclinicahealth in Medford, Oregon, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider or Physician at its Birch Grove Health Center. This full-time position involves providing integrated primary care for patients with substance use disorders while supporting work-life balance with generally four-day work weeks and comprehensive benefits including paid vacation and optional on-call participation. Ideal candidates will have experience with low-income families, fluency in English, an Oregon license, and certifications in CPR and DEA.

Competenze

• Graduated from an accredited school with board certification or board eligibility.
• Experience with low-income children and families preferred.
• Active Oregon license, CPR certification, and active DEA license required.
