Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Oregon (or eligible for licensure).
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient clinical care to patients of all ages.
• Evaluate, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to support patient-centered care.
