Job summary

Safelite Group in the United States is seeking a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I to repair vehicle glass using our technology and Safelite Way of Fitting. You will learn in classrooms and hands-on, repair chips and cracks, manage work orders, and communicate with customers to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires on-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification, being 18+, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• On-the-job training and Safelite SafeTech certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Learn and apply Safelite Way of Fitting under supervision.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and quality workmanship.
• Operate company vehicle and tools safely and professionally.
• Comply with all Safelite policies and standards.
