Job summary

Safelite AutoGlass is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I to perform vehicle glass repairs using our technology. You will learn the Safelite Way of Fitting and work under experienced technicians to ensure high-quality results for customers.

The role includes hands-on training, handling work orders, and engaging with customers. You must be 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and complete SafeTech certification; a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Learn vehicle glass repair in classroom and hands-on settings.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders, customer documentation and communication via the MRM system; promote Safelite items.
• Clean customer vehicle during wait times and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with policies and standards.
