Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered PMHNP license in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or mobile healthcare preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings.
• Diagnose and manage mood and anxiety disorders, dementia-related symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with geriatric considerations.
• Provide crisis intervention, family education, and collaboration with care teams.
• Document accurately and maintain follow-up across settings.
