Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered PMHNP license in the state you will practice.
• Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or mobile healthcare preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills; comfortable working independently with remote support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility settings.
• Diagnose and manage mood, anxiety, dementia-related behaviors, and other psychiatric conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with geriatric considerations.
• Provide crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care, therapists, and facility teams for coordinated care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients, families, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow-through.
