Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry Degree required.
• Active State License is necessary.
• Open to licensed Optometrists at any career stage.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Conduct eye exams with mobile optometric equipment.
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases.
• Prescribe and fit eyeglasses.
• Educate patients and families on vision protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
