Job summary

Atlas Medical is expanding its team with a Mobile Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor to deliver in-home behavioral health services for a geriatric population. The role partners with mobile primary care and psychiatry teams to provide integrated, patient-centered care across homes, assisted living facilities, and community settings.

The position is independent contractor-based with compensation on a fee-for-service basis, tied to completed visits and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license required.
• Experience with geriatric or medically complex populations preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Documentation in Medicare-compliant systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and supportive counseling to geriatric patients in homes and community settings.
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Collaborate with mobile primary care and psychiatric providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation for Medicare and HIPAA compliance.
