Pearce, a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions across North America, seeks a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on cell tower sites. The role suits independent, self-starting individuals willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities include maintaining generators, diagnosing problems, installing components, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to alarms 24/7 when on call.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing generators and components.
• Performing performance checks and following blueprints.
• Installing fuel and water lines, electrical wiring and controls.
• Responding to alarms and being on-call 24/7 as needed.
• Following safety practices and attending training.
