Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Representative - Mobile to join our Salmon Creek 1 registration team. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent patient service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting co-pays, obtaining insurance information, answering calls, and scheduling appointments. A High School Diploma and 1 year of customer service are required, with Epic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Medical front office experience preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families in a friendly, professional manner.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance information.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
