Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Mechanical ability to repair equipment.
• 4+ years of professional mechanical experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
• Field techs are usually journey level with 4+ years experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise small groups of technicians.
• Clear and effective communication with employees, vendors and customers.
• Experience in customer service and material handling environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM (periodic maintenance) services at a designated customer location.
• Perform field repairs at a designated customer location.
• Upsell during repairs and Preventative Maintenance agreements.
• Check in with Dispatcher in the morning, during the day, and at end of day.
• Document all work orders using Catavolt.
• Review work in process and complete all open work orders.
• Complete safety inspection forms monthly and maintain vehicles/tools.
