Job summary

Toyota Lift Northwest in Redmond, Oregon is seeking a Field Technician to perform PM services, on-site inspections, and field repairs at customer locations. You will upsell Preventative Maintenance agreements and uphold safety standards.

This role requires strong mechanical skills, the ability to work independently, and clear communication with customers. Training and tools are provided; hours are Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–5:00 pm, with emphasis on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized.
• Mechanically skilled with ability to repair and adapt to different machines.
• Over 4 years of field/mechanical experience preferred or demonstrated capability.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM services at customer locations.
• Visually check lifts and verify PM enrollment.
• Perform field repairs at customer locations.
• Upsell Preventative Maintenance agreements.
• Log work orders in Catavolt and coordinate with Dispatch.
• Maintain safety with PPE and cones.
