Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide maintenance and repair services to forklifts and material handling equipment at customer locations.

You will diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic systems, perform preventative maintenance, and document service activities. Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience repairing industrial equipment or similar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical school education preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Experience with diagnostic software preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electric and internal combustion forklifts
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, drivetrain, and electronic systems
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic software
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Recommend repairs to improve uptime and reliability
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing ProLift
