Job summary

Toyota Lift Northwest is seeking experienced Field Technicians to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment at customer sites in the Pacific Northwest. You will document work orders, communicate with dispatch, and uphold safety standards daily.

Successful candidates bring 4+ years of mechanical field experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or lead a small team while maintaining excellent customer service and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and technical/field training preferred.
• Mechanical ability to repair equipment and adapt to different machines.
• Field techs typically have 4+ years of professional mechanical experience or demonstrate capability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently or lead small teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance services at designated customer locations.
• Visually inspect lifts and ensure PMs are logged for each unit.
• Perform field repairs and upsell maintenance agreements when appropriate.
• Document all work orders and communicate with Dispatcher daily.
• Maintain safety by using PPE and safe work practices.
