Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to service forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and document work orders while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience repairing industrial equipment or material handling gear.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with diagnostic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electric and internal combustion forklifts.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, drivetrain, and electronic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Utilize diagnostic software to identify faults and document results.
• Complete accurate service documentation and recommend repairs.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on-site at customer locations.
