Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Technician Leader to join our Management Team in Newark, NJ. You will lead a team of mobile fleet technicians, drive performance, coaching, and growth while expanding service opportunities in a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, safety compliance, budgeting, cross-functional collaboration, and customer relationship development to ensure scalable, high-quality service delivery across our mobile fleet network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6+ years in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a people leadership role, with a strong track record of developing teams and driving performance.
• Strong driving record and valid state driver’s license; ability to obtain/maintain Driver Qualification File

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mobile fleet technicians with hands-on leadership to drive people development and business performance.
• Establish a high-performance culture through ongoing coaching and career development conversations.
• Take ownership of market-level performance including productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
