Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Permanent Full Time Mid-Level Mobile Automotive Technician to support our truck fleet in Savannah, GA. The role offers weekly pay, up to $32 per hour based on experience, and a robust package including PTO, 401(k) match, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing and maintaining heavy-duty trucks, plus documenting work in Salesforce. A CDL Class A is preferred; E license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years or more in combination of classroom training and work experience.
• CDL Class A preferred; Class E license required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, inspect and perform preventive maintenance on heavy-duty trucks.
• Perform routine maintenance such as tune-ups, oil changes, tire changes, and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair engines, brakes, hydraulics, electrical components.
• Operate mobile maintenance vehicle and travel to customer yards as needed.
• Document work orders and repairs accurately in Salesforce.
