Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Product Builder in Atlanta to blend product discovery with hands-on development of field-ready, mobile-first software for factory workers. You’ll partner with DevOps and AI-assisted tooling to turn validated problems into working software, focusing on outcomes and value rather than documentation.

You will bridge EHS stakeholders, frontline users, and engineers, owning the backlog and prioritizing work that delivers measurable adoption and value.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into software outcomes.
• Experience with stakeholder discovery and outcomes framing.
• Experience creating product documentation and user stories.
• Experience owning and refining a backlog in Agile delivery.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted tools and engineering collaboration.
• Willing to travel up to 20% to manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Shape field problems with stakeholders to clarify outcomes.
• Convert validated decisions into prototypes and mobile capabilities with DevOps.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery, estimation, and backlog decisions.
• Create functional specs, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Maintain an outcome-oriented backlog tied to business value and cost-to-value.
• Evaluate which EHS capabilities should build, scale, or retire.
