Job summary

Ag-Pro Companies seeks an experienced Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex John Deere equipment and turf systems at our Bloomingdale, OH location. You will mentor trainees, support service clinics, and ensure complete, on-time documentation of every work order.

Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on repair experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, proficiency with diagnostic tools including Service ADVISOR, and the ability to lift heavy components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing service repairs in heavy equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to follow Technical Manual procedures and use diagnostic tools.
• Experience with John Deere equipment and related turf machinery preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Technicians.
• Documents diagnostics and repairs in work orders.
• Submits information on time and accurately.
• Operates and maintains tools and vehicles safely.
• Participates in safety training and knowledge updates.
