Job summary

Ag-Pro Companies is seeking a skilled technician for in-field equipment diagnostics and repairs in Alliance, Ohio. The role involves traveling to customer locations with a mobile service vehicle and requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

Ideal candidates will have experience in performing diagnostics on John Deere equipment, mentoring technicians, and maintaining a clean work environment. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing service repairs and meeting performance metrics.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Mentor Service Technician and Apprentice Technicians.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts on service vehicle.
