• Reads work order and observes and listens to truck to diagnose malfunction.
• Provides solutions and estimates for customer specifications.
• Performs mechanical repairs after inspection and analysis.
• Records repair details including model, serial number, and hour meter.
• Obtains customer signature and communicates repair needs.
• Inspects safety devices and adjusts as needed.
• Lubricates parts and tests repaired equipment.
