Responsibilities

• Reads work orders and observes truck operation to diagnose malfunctions.
• Provides repair solutions and estimates when appropriate.
• Performs mechanical repairs after inspection and analysis of breakdown.
• Records repair descriptions with model, serial number and hour meter reading.
• Obtains customer signatures and communicates repair needs performed.
