Job summary

Equipment Depot is seeking a skilled technician to repair and maintain electric, diesel, and gasoline industrial trucks and construction equipment. You will read work orders, diagnose issues, and perform mechanical repairs after inspection to meet customer specifications.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to document repairs, communicate with customers, and schedule routine maintenance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reads work order and diagnoses truck malfunctions.
• Provides repair solutions and estimates when appropriate.
• Conducts mechanical repairs after inspection.
• Records repair details with model and serial numbers.
• Communicates with customers about repairs and approvals.
• Represents the company professionally at customer sites.
• Performs routine maintenance scheduling and paperwork.
• Verifies repairs by road testing and checks safety devices.
• Completes time cards and submits paperwork daily.
