Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and technical support to customers that are experiencing issues.
• Communicate directly with customers via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Trouble shoot failures using mechanical analysis to resolve customer complaints.
• Interact with retail vendors and mechanical business partners to facilitate customer needs.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
• Escalate any customer complaints or inquiries to internal tech support team members.
• Create Service Call and assign Tech Support from email or dealer portal as needed.
• Travel to customers based on planned trip schedule to assist in repairs, returns, diagnosis as needed.
• Document work completed on the road to note information in the system upon return.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting and repairing units.
