Job summary

Holler Hyundai/Genesis North Orlando is seeking a skilled Hyundai Mobile Service Technician to deliver on-site maintenance and light repairs at customers' homes or workplaces. You will represent Hyundai and ensure a high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities include on-site diagnostics, operating a Mobile Service van, documenting work, and coordinating with the dealership service department. The role requires strong communication, independence, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• At least 2 years experience as automotive technician (Hyundai experience preferred).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ongoing Hyundai training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on-site at customer locations (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc).
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs on-site using Hyundai-approved tools and diagnostics.
• Operate and maintain Hyundai Mobile Service van and inventory.
• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle condition and services required.
• Follow safety guidelines and Hyundai standards for repairs and customer service.
• Document work using digital service tools.
• Coordinate with service department for parts, scheduling, and escalations.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal automotive regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
