Job summary

Ag-Pro Companies seeks an experienced service technician to perform diagnostics and diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology in a Greenville shop. The role involves mentoring trainees and ensuring timely, accurate work orders and documentation.

Applicants should have a strong mechanical background, the ability to lift heavy loads, and familiarity with Service ADVISOR or similar diagnostic tools. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service repairs.
• Experience using manuals and procedures for repair work.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment.
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly.
• CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology.
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians.
• Conduits or supports customer clinics.
• Accountable for billable time and work orders.
