Stryker is seeking a Field Service Technician to service power tools and medical equipment across the designated territory. You will travel in a company vehicle to hospitals and healthcare facilities, performing installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs while ensuring equipment performs to specification.

You will work with clinical staff, sales partners, and internal teams, handling service requests, documenting activities, and maintaining safety and quality standards in fast-paced

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license; frequent travel within territory; occasional travel outside territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing, safety, and PPE requirements.
• Physical ability to perform duties including standing, lifting up to 75 pounds.

• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to complete service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and inspect medical equipment per guidelines and quality standards.
• Support software, connectivity, and system configuration activities as required.
• Coordinate service schedules and communicate findings to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Document service activities, repairs, and parts usage in company systems.
