Job summary

Stryker Field Service Technician – Power Tools will travel in a company vehicle across the United States to service, diagnose, repair, and install medical equipment in healthcare facilities. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and strong collaboration with clinical staff and sales teams.

You will support software/configuration and maintain records, while meeting credentialing and PPE requirements in fast-paced hospital environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel frequently within the territory, including overnight and weekend travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing, safety, and PPE requirements.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support business goals within the territory.
• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to complete service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and inspect medical equipment per service guidelines and quality standards.
• Document service activities, repairs, parts usage, and results in company systems.
