Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Supervisor - Field Service to lead day-to-day operations for a team of service technicians on customer projects. This hands-on role requires heavy equipment operation, field work, and geographic mobility to meet project needs.

You will direct project development, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion in accordance with contracts. The position emphasizes safety, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree in business required.
• Forklift certified required; OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of heavy equipment operation (forklift certified).
• 3–5 years of supervision experience in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes is required.
• Knowledge of electrical, construction, or mechanical products is required.
• Strong time management skills is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.
• Basic computer skills is required.
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages project development from beginning to end according to the customer contract.
• Provides daily direction to Field Service Supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Directs customer interaction.
• Set and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Tracks project milestones and deliverables. Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
• Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Inspects work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensures all specifications are met.
• Ensures safe working environment at all times and follows appropriate safety regulations.
• Completes monthly safety reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
