Job summary

McCall Pest & Wildlife is hiring for an Outside Sales position in Tampa, FL. You will perform inspections, provide quotes, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers while representing the Northwest brand in your community.

Industry-leading training, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits support your growth and success on the road. Prior extermination experience is not required, but a pesticide license within 90 days is expected and company-paid.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate service value and transition prospects into customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Attend regular training and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
