Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to support client sites across Northwestern Vermont. This field-based role starts from home, dispatching to sites in a company vehicle to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.

You will work independently with autonomy, while benefiting from CBRE's global resources and a diverse team. The role emphasizes safety, service quality, and customer-focused delivery in a dynamic real estate services environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Travel to financial institution locations across Northwestern Vermont to perform preventive maintenance and repair services.
• Start the workday from home and dispatch directly to service sites in a company-provided van.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, life safety, and building systems.
• Diagnose issues and perform corrective maintenance; document work and manage service requests.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining customer-focused service.
