Job summary
Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Technician to perform mobile diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. Daily travel to customer sites is required, using a company-provided vehicle.
The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and high-quality customer service, with integrity in all service recommendations. Responsibilities include documenting work per OEM standards, test drives to verify repairs, and ongoing training to stay current with OEM
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
- Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3).
- Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
- Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
- Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repairs.
- Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approval prior to execution.
