Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Field Auditor for automotive dealerships in the Inland Empire, CA area. The role blends hands-on fieldwork with administrative auditing, requiring travel between local dealerships and on-site inspections of inventory and VIN numbers.

Hours are part-time (approximately 15–30 per week) with flexible scheduling. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required, and mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable driving between dealership locations.
• Ability to stand and walk outdoors on various surfaces.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and step onto vehicle running boards to locate VIN numbers.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing inventory and documentation.
• Professional communication with dealership staff.

Responsibilities

• Physically walking dealership lots to locate and verify vehicles and VIN numbers.
• Verify vehicle inventory against records.
• Review and authenticate dealer records and supporting documents.
• Document sold, missing, damaged, or unverified vehicles.
• Investigate discrepancies and assist in locating specific vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with dealership personnel about inventory and records.
• Record audit findings using a mobile device.
