Kelly Services is seeking a part-time Field Auditor in the Appleton, WI area. The role involves hands-on fieldwork at automotive dealerships, verifying VINs, and auditing records while also performing administrative tasks.

Flexibility in schedule (15–30 hours/week) and a valid driver's license are required. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and you’ll work across dealerships in your territory in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing and walking outdoors on varied surfaces.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing inventory and records.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned automotive dealerships to verify vehicle inventory and VIN numbers.
• Verify inventory against dealership and finance company records.
• Review and authenticate dealer records and supporting documentation.
• Document sold, missing, damaged, or unverified vehicles and discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with dealership personnel about inventory and records.
• Record audit findings using a mobile device.
