Job summary

DataScan by Solifi is seeking a Field Risk Specialist to perform floorplan inventory audits at automotive and other dealerships within an assigned territory. You will verify inventory, review dealer records, and document results using a mobile audit app, often outdoors in varying weather.

The role requires independent work, travel up to 4–5 nights per month, a valid driver’s license, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel overnight as needed
• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record
• Prior experience in floorplan auditing or related industries preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift/move inventory as needed
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Verify in-stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers outdoors and in varying weather
• Meet with dealership personnel to determine missing inventory status
• Review and validate dealer records and documentation for sold/missing/damaged inventory
• Verify MSOs and vehicle titles for accuracy
• Record audit findings using a mobile audit app
• Document visit details and audit observations
• Communicate results clearly to dealership staff and client representatives
• Travel within assigned territory and report risk findings
