Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions seeks a Family Support Partner for Mobile Response & Stabilization Services in Pendleton/Hermiston. This non-exempt, 1.0 FTE role offers a schedule of 40 hours per week with a bilingual proficiency bonus upon assessment.

You will work closely with families of youth with emotional disturbances, coordinating with clinicians, assisting with IEPs, and ensuring access to community resources.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Experience assisting parents and youth in mental health settings is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• Certification as a Peer Support Specialist in Oregon must be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians to create wellness plans and empower clients.
• Assist parents in gaining a voice in treatment and system settings.
• Support parents at meetings with partners, IEPs, court proceedings, and DHS.
• Maintain accurate documentation and required data for agency policies.
• Ensure productivity, maintain professional boundaries, and meet deadlines.
• Seek clinical supervision when needed and participate in trainings.
