Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across medical, laboratory, and commercial facilities.
• Plan daily routes and coordinate with lead technician.
• Maintain plumbing, electrical, and basic building systems; inspect and repair as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Monitor energy-related building systems and ensure safety compliance.
