Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician in Rowlett, TX, to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across medical, laboratory, and commercial facilities. You will operate a company vehicle, manage work orders, and ensure building systems run at peak efficiency within a three-person mobile team supporting 12 sites.

You will inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, and architectural elements, while coordinating with the lead technician to plan routes and service calls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of related experience, or a mix of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily routes and perform preventive and corrective maintenance across assigned sites.
• Complete interior/exterior repairs and touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain plumbing systems and address leaks.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits and replace fixtures as required.
• Estimate time and materials for repairs and track progress to completion.
• Inspect mechanical/electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and issues.
• Ensure installations meet building codes and safety regulations.
