Job summary

CBRE Mobile Technician role in Rowlett, TX, handles preventive and corrective maintenance across medical, laboratory, and commercial facilities. You will operate a company vehicle as part of a three-person mobile team supporting 12 sites, including medical office buildings and clinics.

The job requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with 1–2 years of related experience. You’ll perform plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, while ensuring safety and energy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Plan daily routes and coordinate with lead technician
• Perform interior and exterior building maintenance including repairs
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• Conduct light electrical maintenance and fixture work
• Execute work orders and track progress to completion
• Perform routine inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Respond to emergency maintenance tickets and service requests
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance
• Monitor building systems for energy efficiency
• Assist teammates on large-scale projects
