Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to service institutional facilities across multiple sites. The role involves routine repairs, preventive maintenance and building system upkeep, with travel between sites and after-hours on-call support as required.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks while maintaining safety and high service standards. On-site work in a multi-site portfolio requires independent problem-solving, driving between locations, and using CMMS to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with required trade certifications as needed by client scope or local jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems with HVAC knowledge as required by client scope.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Proficiency using CMMS and basic tablet or mobile device applications.
• Strong commitment to meeting service level agreements, response time standards, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
• Respond to work orders via CMMS and meet SLAs.
• Travel between multiple sites to service facilities.
• Inspect facilities and report issues requiring contractor involvement.
• Maintain safety and professionalism while representing JLL.
