Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support institutional facilities across Oahu, including Aiea, Honolulu, and Kapolei. The role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, with on-call rotation and travel across a designated territory.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document activities in the CMMS, and ensure safety and reliability of building systems for clients and operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge as required.
• Proficient with CMMS and basic tablet or mobile device applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor plumbing repairs including leak resolution and fixture maintenance.
• Repair electrical components and maintain lighting systems.
• Complete carpentry tasks including door adjustments and hardware installation.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and perform routine maintenance as directed.
• Process and complete work orders via CMMS and meet service level agreements.
• Coordinate daily service routes between multiple facilities and maintain safety standards.
