Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Eagan, MN is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities. The role requires hands-on work, documentation in CMMS, and collaboration with senior staff to keep building operations efficient and safe.

Responsibilities include HVAC coil cleaning, belt changes, plumbing repairs, door and lock maintenance, and painting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing.
• Experience with hand and power tools; CMMS Maximo familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect and repair interior and exterior building components including walls, fixtures, and lighting.
• Update work orders and maintain CMMS documentation in real time.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate status to customers and management.
• Assist with painting, locksmith work, and general handyman tasks.
